The subject's new voice only speaks in the Eredar tongue, regardless of any other spells or effects on the target. This spell prevents the target from using any spell with verbal components. Dispel magic and greater dispel magic have no effect on this spell, but break enchantment , limited wish , miracle, remove curse and wish can remove it. Arcane Focus: A piece of the horn of a felguard or doomguard.
