Unavoidable Strike

If you pay 5 power points per unarmed atta4 you can resolve your unarmed attack as a touch attack for purposes of assessing your foe's Armor Class. You must decide whether or not to pay the cost prior to making the unarmed melee attack. Your hand or fist remains "charged" for a maximum number of rounds equal to your Strength modifier + 1 or until your next attack, whichever occurs first. If your attack misses, the power point expenditure is wasted.
