Stone Breaker is a D&D 3.5 feat (Style) from SoS, p. 118. You have mastered the style of fighting with two picks at the same time, allowing you to deal heavy damage to your foes.
Prerequisite
Improved Sunder (PH) , Power Attack (PH) , Two-Weapon Fighting (PH) , Weapon Focus (PH) (any pick) , STR 13, DEX 15, Base attack bonus +1, proficiency with any pick,
If you hit the same creature with both picks in the same round, you can rend with your picks as a swift action. This attack deals base damage from one pick + 1-1/2 times your Str bonus.
A ranger who has chosen the two-weapon combat style can select Stone Breaker even if he does not meet the Dexterity prerequite.
