Still Spell is a D&D 3.5 feat (Metamagic) from WoW, p. 158. You can cast spells without gestures.
Benefit
A stilled spell can be cast without somatic components. Spells without somatic components aren't affected. A stilled spell uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell's actual level.
