Rapid Blitz is a D&D 3.5 feat (General) from PH2, p. 82. You charge across the battlefi eld, combining your speed and fighting ability to move and attack with unmatched skill.

Prerequisite

Bounding Assault (PH2) , Dodge (PH) , Mobility (PH) , Spring Attack (PH) , DEX 13, base attack bonus +18,

You can designate a third target for your Spring Attack feat. In addition to the second attack you gain from your Bounding Assault feat, you can make a third attack with a -10 penalty.
