Prerequisite
Point Blank Shot (PH) , Weapon Focus (PH) (ranged spell) , Spellcraft 4 ranks,
When you miss with a spell or spell-like ability ranged attack against a target within 30 feet, you can spend a swift action to reroll the attack with a -5 penalty. You can use this ability three times per day.
