Power Critical is a D&D 3.5 feat (General) from MW, p. 24. Choose one weapon, such as a longsword or greataxe. With that weapon, you know how to hit where it hurts.

Prerequisite

Improved Critical (PH) (with weapon) , Base attack bonus +12, proficiency with weapon,

Once per day, you can declare a single melee attack with your chosen kind of weapon to be an automatic threat before you make the attack roll. If the attack is successful, you roll to confirm the critical, regardless of whether the actual attack roll was a threat.

You can take this feat multiple times. Each time you do, it applies to a new kind of weapon. You may use this ability only once per day per kind of weapon to which it applies.
