Pervasive Gaze is a D&D 3.5 feat (Monster) from SK, p. 146. Your gaze attack is more effective than normal.
Prerequisite
INT 13, gaze attack,
A creature that averts its eyes has only a 25% chance to avoid the need for a saving throw against your gaze attack.
This feat does not affect eye rays, such as those of a beholder.
A creature that averts its eyes normally has a 50% chance to avoid the need for a saving throw against a gaze attack.
