Pain Touch is a D&D 3.5 feat (General) from OA, p. 64. You cause intense pain in an opponent with a successful stunning attack.

Prerequisite

Stunning Fist (PH) (or monk's stunning attack) , Base attack bonus +2, WIS 19,

Victims of a successful stunning attack are subject to such debilitating pain that they are nauseated for 1 round following the round they are stunned. Nauseated creatures are unable to attack, cast spells, concentrate on spells, or do anything else requiring attention. The only action such a character can take is a single move (or move-equivalent) action per turn.

Creatures that are immune to stunning attacks are also immune to this feat, as are any creatures that are more than one size category larger than the feat user.
