Mind over Body is a D&D 3.5 feat (General) from FRCS, p. 37. The arcane spellcasters of some lands have learned to overcome the frailties of the body with the unyielding power of the mind.

Prerequisite

Regions (Calimshan, Thay, moon elf, sun elf),

At 1st level, you may use your Intelligence modifier instead of your Constitution modifier to determine bonus hit points. (For all ensuing levels, you revert to your Constitution modifier.) You gain +1 hit point every time you learn a metamagic feat.

You may only take this feat as a 1st-level character.
