Improved Spellpool Access is a D&D 3.5 feat (Epic) from PG, p. 136. You can use your spellpool access to call spells of greater than normal power.
Prerequisite
Knowledge (arcana) 30 ranks, Spellcraft 30 ranks, ability to call spells from a spellpool,
The chance of a desired spell being available in the spellpool in any given 24-hour period is equal to 90% minus 5% per spell level (minimum 5% for spells of 17th level or higher).
This feat should be considered part of the epic bonus feat list for any class that grants its members spellpool access.
The chance of a spell being available is equal to 65% minus 5% per spell level (minimum 5% for spells of 12th level or higher).
Benefit
