Anyone caught in the cone must succeed on a Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 your HD + your Cha modifier) or be stunned for 1d4 rounds.

Anyone caught in the cone must succeed on a Will save (DC 10 + 1 per 2 power points expended + your Cha modifier) or be stunned for 1d4 rounds. You must spend at least 2 power points to produce this effect, but you cannot spend more power points than your manifester level.
