Heroic Focus is a D&D 3.5 feat (Psionic) from MoE, p. 48. Despite the dangers all around, you can quickly regain your psionic focus.

Prerequisite

As a move action, you can spend an action point to automatically regain your psionic focus. You also gain 1 extra action point each time you attain a level.

If you have the Psionic Meditation feat (see the Expanded Psionics Handbook), you can spend an action point to automatically regain your focus as a swift action.
