Benefit

When grappling an opponent with only the part of your body that made the attack, you take no penalty on grapple checks made to maintain the hold.

Normal

Without this feat, a creature takes a -20 penalty (or a -10 penalty with Multigrab) on grapple checks made to maintain a hold with only the part of its body used to make the attack.
