Froggy Throat

You must be able to perform bard spells.

Due to your laryngital disability, you are penalized -1 spell per day than your normal daily limit for every spell slot above 0 level spells. If you can normally cast 3 lvl 0, 3 lvl 1, and 2 lvl 2 spells, with a froggy throat you can only cast 3 level 0, 2 level 1, and 1 level 2 spells.

There's a frog in your throat, and it sucks at singing.
