Benefit

As a standard action, you can moan in a frightful manner. All creatures within a 30-foot radius must succeed on a Will saving throw (DC 10 + 1/2 your HD + your Cha modifier) or become panicked for 2d4 rounds. This is a sonic, necromantic, mind-affecting, fear effect. A creature that successfully saves against your frightful moan cannot be affected by it for one day. Each time you use this ability, you deal 2 points of Charisma damage to yourself.
