Forgetful is a D&D 3.5 feat (Flaw) from DWW. You just can't... re-... rem-... what was that word again?.
Benefit
You take a -2 penalty to all profession skill checks and a -5 penalty to all knowledge checks. Gather knowledge skill checks are also treated as though they were made with a -5 penalty when sharing gathered information.
