Dex 13, Ride skill

Benefit

The DCs for all Ride tasks are reduced by 2, and you can take 10 on Ride checks for mounted combat maneuvers.

Normal

You cannot take 10 on skill checks when threatened or distracted.

Special

A fighter can select Expert Rider as one of his fighter bonus feats.
