Earth Fist is a D&D 3.5 feat (Racial) from RS, p. 138. Your bond with the earth and martial training has imbued your fi sts with the qualities of cold iron.
Prerequisite
Earth Sense (RS) , Improved Unarmed Strike (PH) , CON 13, WIS 13, Dwarf, gnome, or goliath,
As long as you are touching the ground, your unarmed attacks are treated as cold iron weapons for the purpose of dealing damage to creatures with damage reduction.
A fi ghter may select Earth Fist as one of his fi ghter bonus feats (see page 38 of the Player's Handbook).
