Devoted Leadership is a D&D 3.5 feat (General) from WRPG, p. 110. Your faith in your followers gives them the confidence they need to survive difficult situations.

Cha 13, Wis 13, Leadership
Benefit
Your followers receive a +2 morale bonus to AC, as well as a +1 morale bonus on all saves. Followers must be within a distance of 5 feet × your Charisma bonus to benefit. You can use Devoted Leadership for a number of rounds per day equal to your character level (maximum 20); the rounds need not be consecutive.
