Leadership, able to cast 3rd-level spells

Each day, any spellcaster followers can prepare or cast extra spells. Each such follower gains one extra spell per day for each spell level up to two levels below the highest level you can cast. For example, if you cast 5th-level spells, followers gain extra spells for levels 1st through 3rd.
