Operation: When activated (a DC 15 Use Technological Device check that takes a move action), the device shoots a tiny, focused beam of light down the barrel. When the dot hits the target, the target is within sights. The scope gives the user +2 circumstance bonus on attack rolls. The light is only detectable by the target if it hits her eyes, or if someone nearby notices it with a DC 15 Spot check. It takes 1 round to power up the light scope, and it operates for 1 round.
