Flame (OA)

You can generate a flame ward, a spell-like ability to grant yourself or someone you touch a resistance bonus equal to your shaman level on all saving throws against fire spells and effects. Activating this power is a standard action. The flame ward is an abjuration effect with a duration of 1 minute + 1 minute/level that is usable once per day.
